For additional info related to reading the document… please see the bottom of this post. \nFor our May meeting\, I have invited Assistant City Manager Witzansky to come discuss the upcoming City Budget and state of our finances. While this may seem like a more boring topic to some… every service the city provides is a direct result of the annual budget which includes a 5 year Capital Improvements Plan. We are currently experiencing dwindling or stagnant revenue sources and rising expenditures. DESCRIPTION:All council Districts have Community meeting facilities except District 3. The School District and BCHD have generously contributed meeting spaces to address the concerns of constituents like you. My opponent in our upcoming election\, Mrs. Nafissi\, objected to the School District hosting our next two community meetings. This forced us to cancel or move the January/February previously scheduled meetings. \nThanks to the BCHD for accommodating us at the last minute.
