DESCRIPTION:Thanks to all who attended last month’s meeting. For those who did\, here is the information that Lt. Freeman promised he would share with the group. For additional info related to reading the document… please see the bottom of this post. \nFor our May meeting\, I have invited Assistant City Manager Witzansky to come discuss the upcoming City Budget and state of our finances. While this may seem like a more boring topic to some… every service the city provides is a direct result of the annual budget which includes a 5 year Capital Improvements Plan. We are currently experiencing dwindling or stagnant revenue sources and rising expenditures. This makes for difficult decisions when weighing in any and all quality of life impacts. \nI think it is important for residents to understand what the implications are for the coming year(s). \nI hope you will join me this Thursday evening at 6pm. \n  \nInfo related to RBPD document: \nAlso\, incase the residents have questions about DOW\, TIME1\, OCC BEGING DATE. \nDOW= day of week \nTIME1 and TIME2= time range from when the crime occurred to when it ended \nOCC BEGIN DATE and OCC END DATE=  date range from when the crime occurred to when it ended
